Sometimes the best place to get the support you need is right at home. Our in-home supports are all about helping you feel comfortable, safe, and independent in your own space.

Whether it’s a hand with cooking, cleaning, personal care, or just having someone around for company and a chat, we’re here to make day-to-day life a little easier. We know everyone’s needs are different, so the support we provide is tailored to you – no cookie-cutter approach.

Think of us as an extra set of hands (and sometimes ears!) to help with the things that matter most to you. From helping with daily routines, running errands, or supporting you to do the things you enjoy at home, our team is here to walk alongside you, not take over.

At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to support you in living the life you want, right where you feel most at home.

Getting out and about (or just having good company at home) can make all the difference. Our community access and companionship supports are all about helping you stay connected, have fun, and feel part of the world around you.

This might look like going shopping together, catching a movie, heading to appointments, grabbing a coffee, or joining in on activities you enjoy. Sometimes it’s about exploring new places, other times it’s simply about having someone by your side for support and a chat.

We know that being social and active is just as important as everyday routines – it’s what keeps life interesting. Our team is here to make sure you feel confident, supported, and free to enjoy the things you want to do, whether that’s out in the community or just hanging out at home.

At the heart of it, it’s not just about “getting there” - it’s about sharing the journey and making it a good one.

Respite is all about giving both you and your loved ones some time to recharge. For participants, it’s a chance to enjoy a change of scenery, meet new people, and try new activities in a safe and supportive environment. For families and carers, it’s peace of mind knowing their loved one is well looked after while they take some time for themselves.

STA is similar, but it’s generally for a set short period of time (like a few days or weeks). It’s often used when regular routines need a temporary change - maybe while family members are away, or simply to experience living a little more independently. STA can include accommodation, meals, personal care, and support to join in community activities.

At Kinway Supports, we offer both options depending on what you need. Whether it’s a weekend stay, a week of independence-building, or just giving families a chance to rest and reset, we create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience every time.

Getting from A to B shouldn’t be stressful - and that’s where we come in. Our transport supports are all about helping you travel safely and comfortably, whether it’s for something important or just something fun.

We can assist with:

• Getting to and from appointments

• Heading to school, work, or programs

• Doing the shopping or running errands

• Going to social events, activities, or just out for a drive

It’s not just about the ride-it’s about making sure you feel supported the whole way. Our team is there to help with whatever you need before, during, and after the trip, so you can focus on where you’re going (not how to get there).

NDIS can feel like a maze sometimes - and that’s where support coordination comes in. Our role is to walk alongside you and help make your plan work for you.

We’ll help you:

• Understand your NDIS plan and what’s included

• Connect with the right services and providers

• Build your skills and confidence to manage your supports

• Problem-solve if things change or challenges pop up

Think of us as your guide and teammate -we don’t make the decisions for you, we help you make them. The goal is for you to feel in control, supported, and confident about how your plan is being used.
